THE MEANING AND PLACE OF JUDICIAL PRACTICE IN CRIMINAL LAW

Abstract
The article is devoted to determining the place and role of judicial practice in the legal system of Ukraine in general and in the system of sources of criminal law in particular. The influence of judicial practice on lawmaking is analyzed. It is proved that the tendency of recognition of criminal law sources according to judicial practice is increasing. Such recognition undoubtedly contributes to the enrichment of both the theory of sources and creates favorable conditions and preconditions for the further development and perfection of criminal law.
