MODELS, SYSTEMS AND CLASSIFICATION OF CRIMINAL OFFENSES

Abstract
The article analyzes the existing classifications and typologies of criminal misconduct. The main criterion for the classification of criminal offenses defined sphere of social relations in which they committed, which determine the type and nature of the criminal offense, the causes and conditions of commitment and direction of counter-measures and additional classification criterion – slight damage caused by this public relations.
