Abstract
The article is devoted to the coverage of theoretical foundations and peculiarities of the practical implementation of forensic provision of disclosure and investigation of criminal offenses against the environment. The author defines the content of this category. Special attention is paid to the problematic issues of this type of activity and possible ways of their solution.
