PRINCIPLES OF ACTIVITY OF THE PROSECUTOR IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The article is devoted to outlining the totality and characterization of certain principles of the activity of the prosecutor’s office in criminal proceedings. The arguments of the expediency of singling out the principles of the activity of the prosecu- tor’s office in criminal proceedings as a group of principles are given, and such principles of the activity of the prosecutor's office are analyzed as the principle of presumption of innocence, the principle of prosecution in criminal proceedings of prosecutorial activity and the principle of irremovability of the prosecutor in criminal proceedings.
