STATE SERVICE RELATIONSHIP IN SUPERVISORY AUTHORITIES IN THE SPHERE OF TAXATION: THE CONCEPT AND FEATURES

Abstract
The analysis of modern scientific views on the concept and content of state service relationships in the supervisory authority bodies in the sphere of taxation is presented in the article. It is noted on distinctive features that allow talking about a special place of state service relationships in the system of civil service. Concept and features of public service relations in the supervisory authority bodies in the sphere of taxation is formulated.
