EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS IN THE CONTEXT OF SLAVERY AND FORCED LABOR PREVENTION

Abstract
In this article decisions of the European Court of Human Rights in relation to the implementation of certain provisions of the European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms are explored. The Article 4 (prohibition of slavery and forced labor) in the context of its practical application and interpretation is considered. Individual cases that were considered by the Court are analyzed.
