Abstract
The article is sanctified to illumination of question of the legal adjusting property relations of the married couples in the Roman law. The question of the legal adjusting of property relations of the married couples in the Roman law found his illumination in scientific circles, and causes discussions among different authors. To consider the basic aspects of forming of domestic relations and development of property relations in the Roman private law.
