THE CONTRACT AS A LEGAL FORM OF ATTRACTING INVESTMENTS INTO CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION OBJECTS OF STATE AND COMMUNAL PROPERTY

Abstract
In the article the concept and signs of the investment contract as the legal structure of raising funds in the capital construction area. Suggested that the investment relations which arise in sphere of capital construction, are economic in nature. The most common contractual forms of attraction of investments into capital construction objects of state and communal form of ownership, in particular, such as the purchase contract, concession contract, the contracts concluded in the framework of public-private partnerships, privatization relations.
