VICTIMHOOD OF STATE PROPERTY IN PRIVATISATION PROCESSES

Abstract
The article deals with the problems of counteracting illegal privatization. The victimological aspect of the crimes against state property is considered. The notion of privatizing victimization is explained. Negative results of the absence of proper defense of national interests while alienating state property are characterized.
