NEW EUROPEAN STRATEGY OF PROTECTION OF CULTURAL HERITAGE BY CRIMINAL LAW

Abstract
The article is devoted to the criminal law aspects of the Council of Europe Convention on offenses relating to cul- tural property, adopted on 05.05.2017. The article analyzes the provisions of the international treaty, which criminalize encroachments on cultural heritage. The author focuses on the disclosure of the content of the proposed types of crimes against cultural heritage.
