THE ROLE OF THE PROSECUTOR IN ORGANIZING AND CONDUCTING OF UNDERCOVER INVESTIGATIVE ACTION

Abstract
The aim of the article is to describe the role of the prosecutor in organizing and conducting of undercover investigative action. The author made arguments that the prosecutor has unique powers during conducting of undercover investigative action and has a decisive, key status. The author also made an analysis of the powers of the prosecutor at all stages of carrying out undercover investigative action, starting with an application for permission to carry out undercover investigative action, and ending with the use of their results in proving.
