POLITICAL IMPARTIALITY OF THE CIVIL SERVANT AS A GUARANTEE OF THE EFFICIENCY AND STABILITY OF THE CIVIL SERVICE

Abstract
The article is devoted to a characteristic of the principle of political impartiality of a civil servant in the field of civil service. A particular attention is paid to the characteristic of the content of political impartiality, the correlation between concepts of “political impartiality”, “political neutrality” and “nonpartisanship”. The emphasis is made on the relation between “civil servant” and “state political figure” concepts.
