SPECIFIC FEATURES OF THE DEFINITION OF ADMINISTRATIVE COURT JUDGMENTS

Abstract
The author’s article is devoted to the study of views on such important aspect of administrative law as defining attributes of making justice decisions of procedural documents, which are different in nature and form. Specific features and marking out peculiarities of definitions of “judgment” and “court decision” are clarified. Using of qualification features of decisions of an administrative court at formation of corpus of features and codification of court decisions is defined.
