ADVOCATE AS A SUBJECT OF CONFLICT INTERACTIONS IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The scientific article deals with the criminal procedural and legal psychological aspects of the defender as a subject of conflict interactions in criminal proceedings. The activity defender as a subject of conflict interactions in pre-trial investigation and court proceedings. It is proposed to improve the legislation, namely, the addition of the Law of Ukraine “On the Bar and Lawyer Activity” with the clause of the article, which will protect the lawyer from filing a knowingly groundless disciplinary complaint.
