PRINCIPLES OF CONSTITUTIONAL MODERNIZATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract

The paper is devoted to principles of constitutional modernization in Ukraine with disclosing of their contents. The paper analyzes approaches of different scholars on fundamental principles of reforms in different spheres of public relations.
