THE ESSENCE OF THE PRINCIPLES OF CONFLICTS OF INTEREST IN THE WORK OF NATIONAL POLICE UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to highlighting the nature and content of the principles of conflicts of interest in the work of the National Police of Ukraine. Scientists analyzed approaches to understanding the category of “principles”. In the article attention is focused on legislative activities to develop ways to resolve the conflict of interest that arise in the activities of public officials in the performance of their duties and fixing general principles of conflict of interest. Proposed amendments to the rules of the current legislation in order to consolidate the general principles of conflict of interest and their application in practical activities of the National Police.
