THE ROLE OF THE SUBJECTIVE FACTOR IN THE STRUCTURE OF KNOWLEDGE ASSETS IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
Article determines the place and role of the subjective factor in the structure of knowledge assets in criminal proceedings, outlines the main factors which affect the inner conviction of the Judge analyzes the norms of national legislation, the position of domestic and foreign scientists, defectives regulation in this area, studies the experience of foreign countries, develops evidence-based recommendations for improving of the current legislation of Ukraine.
