CORRELATION OF CONCEPTS «MEDICAL AID» AND «MEDICAL SERVICE» IN THE CONTEXT OF THE EXERCISE OF CONSTITUTIONAL CIVIL RIGHTS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the definitions «medical care» and „medical service”, which are contained in normative legal acts and scientific sources, the authors’ views on their correlation, as a necessary condition for the reali- zation of the human right to medical care.
