FORMS OF PROPERTY OF ANOTHER STEALING ACCORDING TO THE CRIMINAL LAWS OF UKRAINE: HISTORY AND MODERN STATUS OF THE PROBLEM

Abstract
In this article a concept of property of another stealing is analyzed and its forms are characterized, both in historical etrospective and from the perspective of the current Criminal Code of Ukraine. The conclusion about the falseness of the decision of the native legislator concerning the refusal of using such a generalizing concept as a stealing is made. It is proposed to return this concept to the criminal-legal area and to determine it on the legal level.
