THE ESSENCE OF INFORMATION SUPPORT OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article the essence of the category of information support of administrative procedure of Ukraine is defined and its componentsare analysed. The legal scholars approaches to determine the nature of such category as „information security” are analyzed. Considering the positions of scientists and the laws the author produced his vision to determine the essence of information support of administrative procedure of Ukraine.
