BECOMING AND DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINIAN LEGISLATION ABOUT MARINE LICENSING (1991–1999)

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the national legislation about licensing of activities in the marine sphere. The attention is focused on the period of 1991–1999, when there was a legal regulation of licensing in this area by a large number of subordinate NLA, and there was no main specialized NLA in this area. The research is analyzed the positive and negative aspects of this situation.
