ILLEGAL ACTIVITY AS A CONDITION FROM THE INDEMNIFICATION CAUSED BY ACT OF TERRORISM

Abstract
The article is devoted to a research of illegal activity as conditions of the emergence of obligations for indemnification caused by act of terrorism. It is marked out civil and criminal illegality of activity of the terrorist as the defining signs of tort. Tort is considered as the basis of the emergence of obligations for indemnification caused by act of terrorism.
