THE HISTORY OF CRIMINAL LEGISLATION ON LIABILITY FOR ILLEGAL EXTRACTION OF AQUATIC BIOLOGICAL RESOURCES DURING MODERN TIMES

Abstract
The article is devoted to coverage of historical development of criminal law on liability for illegal extraction of aquatic biological resources during modern times. The legislation on liability for illegal extraction of aquatic biological resources in various stages of development is analyzed. Legislative regulation of fish, aquatic plants and animals has a long history from the earliest stages of existence of our state and law.
