LEGAL ENSURING OF RIGHT FOR COSTODY IN POLAND (1918-1939)

Abstract
The problem of establishing and terminating custody in Poland (1918-1939), as well as its legal support is examined in the article. Rights and duties of a curator and authorities which established custody over underage childrens and incapable persons (Court, Family Council) are determined. Limits of acceptable legal actions of custody according to the property of the ward and possibility of underage childrens to use his legal capacity by their own are characterized. The list of persons who can not implement custody is submitted.
