PROCEDURAL LEGAL PERSONALITY OF FOREIGNERS IN THE NOTARY PROCESS

Abstract
The article studies scientific approaches to disclose the meaning of procedural legal personality of foreigners in the notary process and focuses on the components of procedural legal personality. It also considers the scientific discussion related to judicial status of foreigners in the international notary process.The author’s definition of “legal standing of for- eigners” and “legal capacity of foreigners to sue” in the international notary process is proposed.
