KRIMІNALІSTIC CLASSIFICATION CRIMES ACCOMPLISHED WITH USING OF CYBERSPASE ENVIRONMENT

Abstract
The article is devoted to criminalistics classification of the crimes accomplished with the using of cyberspace environment. It is established, that сriminalistic classification of the crimes accomplished with the using of cyberspace environment will be in practical right only subject to the condition, if the component systems of crimes will eliminate repetitions of traditional crimes. Therefore in the basis of criminalistics classification crimes accomplished with the using of cyberspace environment, must be a single criterion most meaningful for development of methodology of investigation is fixed. By such criteria is acknowledged: and) for classification of the explored crimes on groups – basic reason of their accomplishing; b) for the selection of sub-groups of crimes (into classification groups) – technology of criminal activity (which deals with an additional reason).
