RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATIVE VIOLATIONS IN THE FIELD OF CIVIL AVIATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to problems of responsibility for administrative violate on sin the field of civil aviation of Ukraine. Civil aviation is a rather new direction of transport infrastructure, which determines its peculiarities of offenses, and responsibility in general. The analysis of special legal literature, the work of prominent scholars, and the author’s definition of an administrative offense in the field of civil aviation have been provided.
