BRANCH PRINCIPLES OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES: ANALYSIS OF UKRAINIAN AND EUROPEAN REGULATION OF THE ISSUE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of the legal category of administrative procedures. The adoption of the Constitution, the democratization of public relations, the Ukrainian orientation to join the European Community with its standards and requirements for the system of government and legislation necessitate a large-scale reform of the administrative sphere, as well as building relationships between the individual and the state on a new basis. Due to the administrative reform implemented by Ukraine, it is rational to adopt positive experience in regulating issues and certain legal provisions concerning the principles of the administrative procedure.
