Abstract
The article deals with the questions of financial control in the payment of mandatory payments. The author vision of nature and proposed the concept of control, and analyzed its relationship with the tax and budget supervision and control of non-payment of fees. Based on what prompted him to include the tax control and monitoring of tax payments.
