THE EXTRAJUDICIAL FORMS OF PROTECTION OF LAW AND RESOLUTION OF СОMMERCIAL DISPUTES

Abstract
The following article reviews the existing approaches to the problem of determining extrajudicial forms of protection of rights and the resolution of commercial disputes. On the basis of their generalization taking into account the essence of the commercial procedural sphere, the author’s vision of this issue is granted. Fundamental importance is attached to the consideration of alternative forms through the context of the realization of the functions of commercial procedural law.
