THE RIGHT TO INFORMATION AS FUNDAMENTAL HUMAN RIGHTS

Abstract
The sense of the fundamental human right is ingener a land the information right in particular discovered in this thesis. The historical realities of the human rights establishment and the fundamental freedoms defined. There was researched, that the information right is primarily a natural human right, the current existence of which is impossible without the creating, collecting, receiving, storage, using, spreading, protection and safety of information about itself and the environment. There has been marked out main aspects of guarantee the right of access to personal data and the warranty of protection the right of personal data inviolability.
