GENERAL THEORETICAL ANALYSIS OF THE CAUSES OF DYSFUNCTION OF THE LEGAL REGULATION SYSTEM OF MODERN UKRAINE AND WAYS OF OVERCOMING THEM

Abstract
The article explores the current state of the functioning of the system of legal regulation of social relations, which, in the author's opinion, is characterized by a number of negative factors that lead to its dysfunction. This system, like any other open system, is characterized by extreme sensitivity to the impact of both internal and external factors. The author pays special attention to the formulation of ways to overcome the dysfunction of the legal regulation system.
