ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCIAL FRAMEWORK BANK SECURITY: CONCEPTS AND REQUIRED FEATURES

Abstract
The article is devoted to research of the essence of the administrative and legal financial safety of banks, disclosed its essential features. Particular attention is given to the title of the concept based on the concept of "legal security", focuses on the financial security of the features of the banks. In the justified and proposed the concept of "administrative and legal support" and "administrative-legal maintenance of financial safety of banks".
