ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TECHNOLOGIES: ETHICAL AND LEGAL ASPECT

Abstract
The scientific and technical progress in the area of biotechnologies and their simultaneous application in clinical practice force the law makers to adopt laws without making a due analysis of consequences. The practical use of assisted reproductive technologies collides with a lack of coordination between the legislation and moral values of society. The article offers the entry of some legislative adjustments for overcoming this in coordination.
