CURRENT ISSUES OF THE IDENTIFICATION PROCEDURE IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE DETENTION AS A PART OF PROCEEDINGS ON THE DETECTION OF TAX OFFENSES

Abstract
This article discusses the problems of realization of production in cases of administrative violations in the part of the identity of the offender with the procedure of administrative detention. Emphasis is placed on the short term of administratived etentionas the others, hinders the process of identification of the offender and the implementation of production in cases of administrative offenses in general. Is looking for the seissues resolution in the priority of which appear the most democratic, humane way. Given the above conditions, wesuggest one of the solutions to this problem.
