LEGAL REGULATION OF THE USE OF SPECIAL ECONOMIC KNOWLEDGE IN THE COURT OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the actual issues of regulatory and legal regulation of the use of special economic knowledge in the process of investigating economic offenses. When appointing a forensic expert examination, an important aspect is the choice of the expert institution to which it is to be conducted. Forensic and economic expert activity in Ukraine in criminal proceedings is carried out by state specialized agencies of the MOJ, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Security Service of Ukraine, and in other cases also by judicial experts of economists who are not employees of these institutions. The article has scientifically substantiated the legal regulation of the organization of forensic examination, the use of the official electronic database of the State Register of Certified Forensic Experts as a data fund of persons who have been qualified as a forensic expert. The necessity of forming a unified scientific and legal regulation of the organizational process of conducting forensic economic examination is substantiated.
