CIVIL LAW PROTECTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS IN CONDITIONS OF ARMED CONFLICT

Abstract
The article deals with actual issues of the relationship between the human rights protection mechanism and the application of civil rights and interests remedies. A theoretical analysis of separate norms of the special legislation of Ukraine, adopted in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, has been carried out. The civil law qualification of the armed conflict as a relatively independent legal fact is formulated.
