REGIONAL ASPECTS OF LEGAL MEASURES FOR WASTE MANAGEMENT IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to studying the prospects for applying the principle of regionalism on the use of legal measures for waste management. The necessity to overcome the excessive centralization of the regulation on waste disposal. Suggestions on economic incentives for production of electricity and thermal energy by recycling.
