HISTORICAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS OF FORMATION OF NATIONAL NATURAL PARKS IN UKRAINE AS SPECIALLY PROTECTED TERRITORIES

Abstract
The article in the chronological sequence presents an analysis of normative and legislative acts that influenced the selection of national natural parks as a separate category of the nature reserve fund. The author conducts research on the process of formation of the legislative framework for the protection of territories and objects of the nature reserve fund, in particular, national natural parks, from ancient times to the present day, highlights the stages of this process and gives their detailed scientific characteristics.
