Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of some issues of improvement of the institute of administrative liability for offenses in the sphere of public procurement. Such terminological definitions as “administrative liability” and “administrative offense” are defined. The general procedure for reviewing cases of administrative offenses established by the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses is analyzed, as well as the responsibility of each member of the tender committee and its chairman, which the administrative protocol is drawn up at.
