TO THE QUESTION OF THE CONCEPT OF “LICENSING OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY”

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the norms of domestic and foreign legislation, which contain the definition of the concept of “licensing of economic activity”, as well as scientific works devoted to this issue. The author proposed the author’s definition of the concept of licensing of economic activity and developed proposals for improving the conceptual apparatus and domestic legal terminology in relation to licensing of economic activity.
