ETHNIC NATIONAL AS DETERMINANTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINIAN LEGAL CULTURE

Abstract
The article analyzes the dependence of the development of legal culture on the ethnonational factor. The necessity of awareness of the people of their national identity, on the basis of which national consciousness and consciousness, legal consciousness, national spirit, ethnic mentality are formed, which must be taken into account when developing a strategy for building a legal society, is substantiated.
