FORMS OF ECONOMIC AND TRADE ACTIVITIES IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the forms of economic-trading activity in Ukraine. A number of normative pro- visions in the current legislation in the areas of energy supply, agricultural product contracting, commodity exchange activities. Own positions have been proposed on the improvement of legislation in the field of commodity exchanges, the definition of a barter agreement, taking into account the specific powers of economic management and operational man- agement, and a number of other conclusions.
