UNIDROIT PRINCIPLES ON THE OPERATION OF CLOSE-OUT NETTING PROVISIONS

Abstract
This article provides the analysis of recommendations developed within UNIDROIT on legislative regulation of netting. The study focuses on the Principles on the operation of close-out netting provisions. In addition, the research identifies key factors and approaches, which states should take into account in the implementation of netting provisions into their national legislation.
