APPLICANTS TO INTERNATIONAL JUDICIAL INSTITUTIONS AND BODIES OF INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract
The article is devoted to identifying the scope of subjects which have a subjective legal right after exhausting all domestic legal remedies to seek protection of their rights and freedoms to the relevant international judicial institutions or to the relevant bodies of international organizations, member or participant of which is Ukraine. It was found that in case of violation of the rights of the company the right to appeal to the European Court of Human Rights have the company, rather than individual shareholders, even if they own a controlling stake. The majority shareholders have the right to appeal to the European Court of Human Rights if there is no possibility of the company to apply to the European Court of Human Rights.
