A PROTECTION OF RIGHTS AND INTERESTS OF DEFENDANT IS AT SECURITY FOR A CLAIM IN THE CONTEXT OF PRINCIPLES OF CIVIL JUDICIAL LAW

Abstract
In the scientific article influence of principles of supremacy of right, justice, judicial equality of parties and proportion is investigational on the protection of rights and interests of defendant at security for a claim. Judicial counterweapons to abuse of right of plaintiff are described on securities for a claim, that can be used by a defendant, in their correlation with principles of civil judicial law.
