THE FUNCTIONING OF THE PROVISIONAL INVESTIGATION COMMISSIONS OF THE VERKHOVNA RADA OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The author describes the constitutional status of the temporary investigative commissions. Despite the fact that their conclusions and recommendations based on investigated circumstances are optional for trial, the operation contributes to the solution of the constitutional crisis, which is always connected with the political. The people’s deputies, special Prose- cutor and special investigators form the Commission.
