TO THE QUESTION OF GENERAL PERMITTING LEGAL ENSURING OF LAND OWNERSHIP IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article reveals substantial components of general permitting type of legal regulation. The article deals with the legislative support of general permitting legal regulation of land relations in Ukraine. It was established that such regulation is caused by corresponding legal ideology of ensuring land ownership in Ukraine.
