LABOR CONTRACT AS THE BASIS FOR THE EMERGENCE AND IMPLEMENTATION OF LABOR RIGHTS OF POLICEMEN

Abstract
The article examines an employment contract as the basis for the emergence and implementation of labor rights of po- licemen. Doctrinal studies and scientific literature are considered, they define separate issues regarding the employment contract as the basis for the emergence and implementation of labor rights of policemen. The article analyzes modern legislation which regulates the labor contract of police officers. The vision of the effectiveness of contractual regulation as the basis for the emergence and implementation of labor rights of policemen is proposed.
