THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PRESUMPTION OF INNOCENCE PRINCIPLES IN THE CRIMINAL PROVING PROCEDURE

Abstract
It is identified elements of the presumption of innocence principle based of its structural analysis and investigated their normative content. Attention is drawn to the contradictions and gaps modern domestic law of evidence. It proposed a scientific substantiation of the proposals on the improvement of the criminal procedural legislation of the procedural provide evidentiary activity.
